Our Vision: *

Education:

Our goal is to come alongside your family in your homeschooling journey and offer unique experiences, ignite your child’s creativity, and include important lifelong academic skills. Our program includes a wide range of community experts that share their experiences and knowledge in nature, archery, gardening, farming, theater, chess, sports, fishing/pond ecology, pottery, sewing, and more! We have adult guides that share their passions for God’s nature, creative arts, creative writing, and reading instruction. We have licensed and experienced teachers on staff.

Discipleship:

We are a Christian hybrid drop off program that strives to make Christ center while we are immersed in his beautiful creation. Jesus says in Matthew 19:14, “Let the little children come to me . . . for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” In a graceful atmosphere, a daily devotional will encourage what it looks like to walk with Jesus, love the Bible, pray to God, and how to share His word with the world.

Enrichment:

Grades k-8th grade will have the opportunity to participate in three different clubs over the fall and spring semester.

On Tuesdays, they can choose to participate in Soccer, Sewing, Archery, Gardening, Fishing/Pond Ecology or Chess Clubs.

On Thursdays, they can participate in Basketball, Pottery, Archery, Farming, or Fishing/Pond Ecology Clubs.

(Wildergarten/Leaf Hoppers-kindergarten) will be immersed in a less structured more child led discovery in nature for a majority of the day with their Wildergarten teachers and other helpers. Wildergarten will include a time to reflect in their drawing journal on what was discovered and will also have plenty of time to adventure on the beautiful 70+ acre campground.

(Puddle Jumpers- grades 1st-3rd) will participate in either Reading Instruction or Creative Writing Class, Nature Explorer Class, and Creative Arts Class.

(Tree Climbers-grades 4th-6th) will participate in Creative Writing Class, Nature Explorer Class, and Creative Arts Class.

(Wilderschool-grades 7th & 8th) will participate in a Science Class that is nature inspired, and Christian based.

In addition, K-8th will have a morning devotional, worship, and will also have a forty-five-minute break built in to explore and enjoy all the fun aspects of the camp (Gaga game, playground, volleyball court, basketball court, soccer field, football field, baseball field, and creek fun!).

Nature Inspired:

Our classes and clubs are mostly outside. Nature study is a large part of the program. Our hope is that each child grows in love for God’s eye-opening creation, and it draws him or her closer to His heart in the process.
